Healing Focus: Calm, sleep, and
emotional balance
Ingredients:
1 chamomile tea bag
1 cup oat milk
¼ tsp cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg
½ tsp honey or agave
Instructions:
Brew chamomile, warm oat milk with
spices, combine, and sweeten to taste.

🍪 FALL OATMEAL, COCONUT, RAISIN
& CRANBERRY CINNAMON COOKIES
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or
sweetened)
½ cup raisins
½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in eggs and vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
Stir in the oats, coconut, raisins, and cranberries until they are evenly distributed.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but centers remain soft.
Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
