Where women rise together in faith, in purpose, and in splendor.
Together, They Remind Us:
That every story, when shared, becomes a seed of hope.
Every act of service is a harvest of grace.
And every change, no matter how small, is part of a greater splendor.

WHERE LEADERSHIP MEETS HEART
There are leaders who manage programs, and
then there are leaders who shape the future of
community wellness.
Leda I. Pérez is the latter.
As the Executive Director of the Frank DeLuca
YMCA Family Center in Ocala, Florida, Leda
brings more than 30 years of experience in
health and wellness and nonprofit leadership.
Her lifework has been centered on ensuring
that every person, every family, has access to a
safe place where their bodies are
strengthened, their minds are enriched, and
their spirits are renewed.
What sets Leda apart is her belief that
transformation is not only possible but also
our divine potential. A Licensed Spiritual
Practitioner (RScP) with the Centers for
Spiritual Living, she integrates spiritual
wisdom with practical execution. Her
leadership approach reflects a powerful truth:
“Every single act of service becomes a seed
— one that grows into the future we are
called to create.” Leda Pérez.
From strategic development to wellness
advocacy, Leda uses her gifts to cultivate
spaces where people feel valued, supported,
and seen. Under her guidance, the Frank
DeLuca YMCA continues to expand its impact
across Marion County, prioritizing access,
equity, and a strong sense of belonging.
“Community isn’t a building, it’s the love
we’re willing to show one another.”
— Leda Pérez
